By creating an account on IntroAngel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use IntroAngel. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who provide false information about their age.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Harassment, abuse, or harm of other users
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of IntroAngel are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to display and deliver it within the platform.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription (Angel Plan). Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via settings. Upon deletion, your data is retained for 14 days before permanent erasure to allow for account recovery.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IntroAngel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. We are not responsible for any interactions or relationships that result from using our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntroAngel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
